• Saturday, 2 May · Montgomerie Links

  • Morning/Afternoon ~11am: Full 18 hole round at Montgomerie Links — includes green fees, shared cart, caddies and return transfers to M Hotel
  • Evening: Authentic Vietnamese BBQ dinner in Hoi An Old Town (included)

• Sunday, 3 May · Hoiana Shores

  • Morning/Afternoon ~12pm: Championship 18 hole round at Hoiana Shores Golf Club — includes green fees, shared cart, caddies and return transfers
  • Late Afternoon: Post-round drinks & food awards ceremony at Hoiana (included)

• Monday, 4 May · Departure

  • Check-out from M Hotel by 11:00 AM
  • Departure day – arrange your own onward travel

Important notes & terms

• FlightsFlights not included – please arrange your own arrival on Friday morning and departure on Sunday evening or Monday.
• Total Package CostHKD $8,900 per person. Deposit of 25% (HKD $2,225) due upon registration. Full payment due by 1 March 2026. Late payments will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
• Travel in Da NangWe have included travel to and from the golf courses & to and from some activities. Airport transfers can be arranged once flight times are confirmed, or use Grab or local services.
• Golf attireCollared shirts and tailored shorts/trousers only. No denim, t-shirts, or athletic wear permitted on course.
• Travel insuranceStrongly recommended – not included. We advise coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and golf equipment loss.
• This is NOT an all-inclusive trip. Only the items listed under Package Inclusions are covered. Please bring sufficient spending money for meals not specified, caddie gratuities (approx. USD $15–25 per caddie per round), personal expenses, travel insurance, visa fees, or airport transfers if not organised.

Cancellation policy

• More than 60 days before departure (before 1 March 2026): Full refund of payments.
• Between 60 and 30 days before departure (1 March – 1 April 2026): 50% refund of total package price.
• Within 30 days of departure (on or after 1 April 2026): No refund. Full amount remains payable.
