Hotel: Kawana Hotel (or equivalent Shizuoka resort) – Classic resort overlooking the Pacific, with hot-spring baths and direct access to the Fuji and Oshima courses.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 · Arrive & Welcome

    • Morning: Arrive in Tokyo (Narita or Haneda) or Ito (flight not included)
    • Afternoon: Transfer to Kawana / Shizuoka. Check-in and course orientation
    • Evening: Welcome dinner at the resort (included)

  • Day 2 · Kawana – Fuji Course

    • Morning/Afternoon: 18 holes on the Fuji Course at Kawana — ranked among the world's top 100, cliff-top layout with Pacific views. Walking round (caddie available). Includes green fees and caddie
    • Evening: Group dinner at resort or nearby (included)

  • Day 3 · Kawana – Oshima Course or Second Round

    • Morning/Afternoon: 18 holes on the Oshima Course (or second round on Fuji by arrangement). Includes green fees, caddie, and return transfers if applicable
    • Late afternoon: Farewell drinks & awards (included)

  • Day 4 · Departure

    • Check-out by 11:00 AM
    • Transfer to Tokyo or airport — arrange your own onward travel.

Important notes & terms

  • FlightsFlights not included. Please book your own international and domestic travel. We can arrange transfers from Tokyo airports or Ito station.
  • PricingStarting from $1,690 per person (shared room). Single room available for $2,290. Deposit and balance terms will be confirmed at booking.
  • Golf attireCollared shirts and tailored shorts or trousers. No denim or athletic wear on course. Japanese clubs often require soft spikes.
  • Travel insuranceStrongly recommended. Ensure coverage for cancellation, medical, and golf equipment.
  • Only items listed under Package Inclusions are covered. Caddie gratuities (approx. JPY 2,000–3,000 per round), meals not listed, personal expenses, and visa (if required) are not included.

Cancellation policy

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund (minus any non-recoverable costs).
  • 60–30 days before departure: 50% refund of package price.
  • Within 30 days: No refund. Full amount payable.
